The new Prudential Center, nicknamed "The Rock", opened in the Fall of 2007 in downtown Newark, NJ. This new facility is a key element in the revitalization of downtown Newark and will host over 200 events each year including NHL Hockey, College basketball, indoor soccer, concerts, and other family themed events. SFA was contracted to install the acoustical treatment provided by MBI Products Company, Inc. Initial reviews of the sound quality have been outstanding with concertgoers and performers all agreeing that the acoustics are phenomenal.

Upon its 2007 completion, Sprint Center will be listed among the finest arenas in the country and will become Kansas City's home for basketball, hockey, concerts, family shows and special events. With the help of world-class acoustics from MBI, the $276 million Sprint Center will help change the face of downtown Kansas City and become the destination place for sports and live entertainment for many years to come.

The New UCF Arena at Knights Plaza, opening in Fall 2007, will be the largest live entertainment and sports facility in East Orlando. Featuring a seating capacity of over 10,000 and amenities including 16 luxury suites, club lounge and 100,000 square feet of neighboring retail and restaurant space, the facility will drastically change the face of live entertainment in Central Florida. Home to the Central Hockey League's Arizona Sundogs, this 140,000 square foot facility seats over 5,000 and is also host to various traveling events such as the Harlem Globtrotters, Professional Bull Riders Invitational, and various family-friendly performances. SFA installed MBI Lapendary® Panels to create ideal acoustical surroundings.


  ITawamba community college - fulton, ms  


In December, 2006, this Community College located in Fulton, MS opened the new Davis Events Center which supports many functions of the College including collegiate basketball games, graduation ceremonies, and musical concerts. The 82,000 square foot facility seats 2,800 spectators and is equipped with a high quality sound system for professional performances and has been acoustically designed for maximum sound quality. SFA installed MBI Lapendary® Panels to provide an optimal acoustical environment to achieve that high level of sound quality.


  USC Galen Center - los angeles, ca  


Opened in the Summer of 2006, this 255,000 square foot arena is home to USC's men's and woman's basketball and volleyball teams. With over 10,000 seats, this facility is a benefit not only to USC, but to surrounding neighborhoods who can use it to host various cultural and school sponsored events. SFA installed MBI Lapendary® Panels in the arena for optimal acoustical performance.


  STOCKTON ARENA - stockton, ca  


Home to the California Cougars (Major Indoor League Soccer), Stockton Thunder (Minor League Hockey), and Stockton Lightning (Arena Football), this 10,000 seat arena is the definition of a multi-purpose arena. Besides playing home to three major sporting teams, it will also host various musical performers, meetings, and trade shows/conventions.

Opened in July 2005, the Wells Fargo Arena is a state-of-the-art arena that holds up to 17,000 guests for sports and entertainment events. In addition to hosting large concerts and family events, Wells Fargo Arena will be the permanent home of the Iowa Stars hockey organization, the top-level affiliate of the NHL's Dallas Stars.


  CHARLOTTE ARENA - charlotte, nc  


The New Charlotte Arena is set to open in November 2005 and will be home to the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats and the WNBA's Charlotte Sting. The state-of-the-art facility is located in the heart of Charlotte, N.C. The New Charlotte Arena will be host to professional and college sporting competitions as well as concerts, skating shows and family events. SFA was chosen as the official installer of the acoustical materials for the arena.



MTS Centre – Winnipeg, Manitoba

Home to the Manitoba Moose of the AHL, the new 15,000 seat MTS Centre in Winnipeg is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2004. SFA has been awarded the contract to install MBI Lapendary® Panels for this much anticipated project for the city of Winnipeg. Coliseo de Puerto Rico – San Juan, PR

Located in the heart of the financial district, the Puerto Rico Coliseum will be the leading venue for sporting and entertainment events. With a seating capacity of 18,500, it is set to open in the Fall of 2004. SFA has been contracted to install the acoustical materials in the arena bowl.

FedEx Forum – Memphis, TN

As the official home of the Memphis Grizzlies, this world class facility opened August 1, 2004 just a few feet off of Beale Street. SFA installed 125,000 square feet of acoustical materials, namely the Lapendary® Panel, to guarantee a sound environment ideal for sporting events as well as concerts and performances. Qwest Center Omaha – Omaha, NE

The new Qwest Center in Omaha, NE houses the Qwest Convention Center, the Qwest Arena, and the MECA (Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority) of Omaha. When looking for the most cost effective and practical solution to their noise control concerns, they came to MBI Products and chose the reliability of the MBI Lapendary® Panel. American Airlines Center – Dallas, TX

Home of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and the NHL’s Dallas Stars, the American Airlines Center opened in 2002. It is one of the finest facilities in the world and has proven that through the numerous architectural awards it has won. SFA was fortunate enough to be part of such a world-renowned building project as it was chosen as the official installation crew for the Lapendary® Panels.
